Soxhlet Apparatus LSOA-A11

Soxhlet Apparatus LSOA-A11 is a piece of laboratory apparatus and contain 500 ml of flask volume. It is originally designed for the extraction of a lipid from a solid material. It is used when the desired compound has a limited solubility in a solvent, and the impurity is insoluble in that solvent. It allows for unmonitored and unmanaged operation while efficiently recycling a small amount of solvent to dissolve a larger amount of material.

Flask volume 500 ml
Extraction tube diameter 50 mm
Extraction tube length 230 mm
Siphon Length 110 mm
Condenser length 270 mm
  • Equipped with condenser, Extraction tube, connecting tube and siphon extraction flask and heating device
  • Designed for the extraction of a lipid from a solid material
  • Efficiently recycling a small amount of solvent to dissolve a larger amount of material
  • Extraction tube diameter 40 mm and Siphon Length 90 mm
  • Round bottom flask universal clip 2 sets
  • Spherical condenser with connecting tube and siphon

Soxhlet Apparatus is used in solid–liquid extraction in various fields such as pharmaceutics, Environment & also foodstuffs, it is still common and widely used as a reference and standard method in many laboratories for the extraction of oil from various materials.
