Fiber Analyzer
Labtron produces a Fiber Analyzer that is equipped with a built-in pre-heating mechanism to cut down on the total amount of time needed for the experiment. It is equipped with cutting-edge integrated infrared heating technology, which provides for rapid and uniform heating of the crucible, more consistent sample extraction, better extraction recovery, and enhanced and more accurate test results. The caking filtering of the sample that is contained in the crucible is something that the recoil function of the crucible is designed to prevent. It is able to do an analysis on raw fibre and utilise the Van Soest method to clean the fibre. The Fiber Analyzer is utilised in the production and processing of plant-based agricultural products, as well as in the determination of crude fibre, neutral detergent fibre (NDF), acid detergent fibre (ADF), hemicellulose, and acid detergent lignin. Additionally, the Fiber Analyzer is utilised in the manufacturing of textiles (ADL).
