The temperature range is from 0 to 50°C and offers ± 0.5°C measurement accuracy. Designed with high brightness LCD display and high precision sensor. To measure water activity of food items, and to study, the reaction of food stability and the possibility of microbial proliferation, and changes in food quality to measure the ability of microorganisms to endure dryness.
